Who would have known that this waffle took over 48 hours to perfect! We make our delicious Liege waffles in the European tradition. Our pastry dough is a labor of love made daily. The sweet dough is studded with imported Belgian pearl sugar nuggets that caramelize into the dense twice risen dough when crushed in our heavy cast iron waffle press. We hope to share the love with you soon!
